Style Loft (“we”, “us”) curates fashion and lifestyle pop-up shows in Bhopal and Dehradun. This policy explains what personal information we collect through styleloftpop.com, why we collect it and how you can control it.

- Guest list sign-ups: your name, WhatsApp number, email address (optional) and the cities you want invitations for.
- Exhibitor applications: your name, label or brand name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, Instagram handle or website, city, the categories you work in and anything you tell us about your collection.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone.
- Basic website data: like most websites, our hosting records technical information such as your IP address and browser when you visit. If we switch on Google Analytics, it will collect anonymous information about how the site is used, such as pages visited and the type of device.
How we use it
- To send you invitations and updates about upcoming Style Loft shows, mainly on WhatsApp.
- To review exhibitor applications and discuss dates, stalls and participation with you.
- To reply to your questions.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share guest list details with exhibitors or other brands.
Who can see it
Your information is stored on our website and sent to the Style Loft team by email. It may be processed by the service providers we rely on to run the website, email and messaging, such as our web host, Google and WhatsApp, only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep guest list details until you ask to be removed, and exhibitor applications for as long as they are useful for planning future shows. We delete information we no longer need.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop sending you invitations. Just reply “stop” to any of our WhatsApp messages, or contact us using the details below.
